ABOUT BETHEL BLUES

We are grassroots organization that began after the 2024 election as a support group for those of us unhappy with the direction the country is moving. We are alarmed at the attempts to weaken and undermine our democracy.  Here in Bethel & Redding, and along with our surrounding sister towns. We’re all looking to find comfort as we continue fighting for our communities and their most vulnerable. We will be LOUD,  Making sure our local governments are listening and exercising our rights and not (their) political interests.  This is going to be a long and layered process, and we will NEED many more like minded people to join and help do the difficult work.  We hope you will invite anyone who is dedicated and ready to dig in.  Please join this massive movement! Together we can and WILL make a difference
 

Our sister group is REBS (Redding, Easton, Bethel, and southern Fairfield County) which usually meets second Saturday of the month at 2 PM at Mark Twain Library (depending on availability of the library)
